4.8版本更新
1.更新PrometheusAlert web页面，使用AdminLTE框架重构后台页面。
2.更新路由功能，支持通过Web页面配置路由转发规则。
3.更新告警记录功能Web页面展示。
4.删除老的接口: /grafana/xx、/graylog2/xx、/graylog3/xx、/prometheus/xx，统一采用自定义模板接口 /prometheusalert 接入
